Biography
Bill graduated from Fudan University and has spent more than 10 years in managerial role at global card issuer Visa and China’s fintech giant Ant Group. At Ant, he had led multiple teams to achieve breakthroughs from 0 to 1 in the cross-border payment industry. In 2017, Bill founded the one-stop cross-border financial and risk management service company XTransfer. Over the past four years, XTransfer has made remarkable achievements in global financial network expansion, risk management & anti-money laundering infrastructure construction, big data & artificial intelligence, and other aspects.
